“After having Alexander Technique lessons for chronic lower back trouble, not only did the pain disappear, my general health improved so remarkably that I felt inspired to become a teacher of the Alexander Technique myself. I gave up a successful career in publishing and completed the approved, three-year, full-time training course.”

Jane Gregory BA MSTAT
